Workplace strategy
Small meeting rooms or dens within the passage between the office entry and the workstations offer opportunities for collaboration.
Avison Young and DIALOG worked together to reposition the real estate experience in San Francisco with this 11,000 sq ft workplace design. The design focused on a guest-centric experience that showcases the firm’s sense of hospitality, professionalism, and success. Panoramic views to the San Francisco Bay were maximized in the light-filled entry and cafe. Finally, an ecclectic mix of natural and refined finishes with bold colours states a decidedly Avison Young X San Francisco branded interior
You really get the essence of San Francisco from the outside-in and it creates a community feeling versus an office feeling.Nick Slonek, Managing Director, San Francisco Office, Avison Young
