What's your favourite DIALOG initiative?
Aspire – it’s incredible and energizing to hear from my co-workers about the amazing work they’ve been part of each year, and about the impact their projects have had on their communities and on them personally.  I find myself looking forward to the event each year and looking back on the projects throughout the year for inspiration in my own work.
How do you spend your weekends?
A great weekend for me is one spent in the mountains with my family and two dogs, exploring and reconnecting with nature.
What's one quote you live by?
"Nothing is as dangerous in architecture as dealing with separated problems. If we split life into separated problems, we split the possibility to make good building art."  -Alvar Aalto
